All-in-One Utility
Effective date: 24 September 2026
In short: All-in-One Utility has no accounts, ads or analytics. Your calculations, conversions, scanned codes and settings are processed and stored only on your device. We do not collect, sell or share your personal data.
Who we are
All-in-One Utility (package com.allin1.utility) is developed by
Pankaj Gurjar ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles
and how.
Information you enter
The calculators, converters, text and developer tools and the QR / barcode generator work with the values and text you type in (for example loan amounts, dates, JSON or text to encode). This input is processed on your device to show the result and is not sent to us or anyone else.
Camera and QR / barcode scanning
The QR and barcode scanners use your camera only while a scanner screen is open, and only after you grant the camera permission. Camera frames are analysed on your device using Google's ML Kit barcode scanning library. Images are not saved and are not uploaded. The flashlight tool uses the camera flash as a torch and does not capture images.
Information the app reads from your phone
The phone tools read information directly from Android on your device, including:
- Device and software: manufacturer, brand, model, Android version, build and security patch details, supported processor architectures, and the Android ID (a device identifier shown on the Device Info screen).
- Battery: level, charging state, health, temperature and voltage.
- Hardware: memory (RAM), storage space, display details and the list of available sensors.
- Sensors: the compass and spirit level read the motion and magnetic sensors while those screens are open.
This information is only displayed to you inside the app. It is not uploaded, shared or linked to your identity. The app does not access your contacts, messages, photos, files, location or accounts.
Information stored on your device
- History: when you tap Save result, the app saves that entry (your input and its result, with the date and time) in a local database so you can view and compare it later. You can delete any entry from the History section of the tool.
- Favorites and recent tools: the tools you mark as favorites and the last 20 tools you opened.
- Settings: your theme choice (Light, Dark or System default), and your haptic feedback and tool count preferences.
You can delete all of this data at any time by clearing the app's storage in Android Settings, or by uninstalling the app.
Time Talker
Time Talker announces the time aloud using your device's text-to-speech engine. While it is running, Android shows an ongoing notification so you can see it is active and stop it. The app only speaks the current time; it does not record audio or use the microphone.
Third-party services
The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. The only third-party component that can use the internet is Google ML Kit, which powers the barcode scanner. ML Kit processes images on your device, but it may contact Google's servers to send anonymous usage and performance metrics about the scanning feature and to receive updates. It does not send your camera images or scan results. This is handled by Google under the ML Kit Terms and Google's Privacy Policy.
The text-to-speech voice used by Time Talker is provided by the speech engine installed on your device (for example, Speech Services by Google) and is subject to that provider's own policy.
No data sharing or selling
- There are no user accounts or sign-ins.
- We do not receive your input, history, scans or device information, so we do not sell, rent or share it with anyone.
Permissions
The app uses the following Android permissions:
CAMERA: to scan QR codes and barcodes. Asked for only when you first open a scanner.FLASHLIGHT: to turn the camera flash on and off as a torch.VIBRATE: for light haptic feedback on taps, which you can turn off in Settings.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: to show the Time Talker notification while it is running (Android 13 and newer ask for this).FOREGROUND_SERVICEandFOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK: to keep Time Talker announcing the time while the app is in the background.INTERNETandACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: added by Google ML Kit for the purposes described under Third-party services. The app's own features do not use the internet.
Android backup
If you have Android's device backup turned on, Android may include the app's local data (history, favorites, recent tools and settings) in your personal device backup. That backup is managed by Google under your Google account and Google's Privacy Policy; we have no access to it. You can manage backups in your device's Settings.
Children's privacy
The app is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If the app's handling of information changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
